Our 10 Point Service Program

Available only to our TLC members our 10 Point Service Program includes:

• Visual Inspection of the Hearing Aid
• Listening Check
• Clean and Adjust Battery Contacts
• Replace Wind Screens
• Clean and Lubricate Switches
• Check Battery Drain
• Clean Receiver
• Clean Microphone
• Replace Wax Guard
• Electronic Analysis

Because we believe that once you take the first step, the rest should be up to us. We know how busy you are. We know you have a lot on your mind. We’ll remind you when it’s time to have your hearing aids cleaned and checked. We’ll make sure you receive a fresh continuous supply of batteries. One day a woman was walking along the beach when she noticed a girl picking up something and gently throwing it into the
ocean. Approaching the girl, she asked, “What are you doing?” The youth replied, “Throwing starfish back into the ocean. The surf is up and the tide is going out. If I don’t throw them back, they’ll die.” The woman said, “Don’t you realize there are miles and miles of beach and hundreds of starfish? You can’t make a difference!” After listening politely, the girl bent down, picked up another starfish, and threw it back into the surf. Then, smiling at the woman, she said, “I made a difference for that one.”
